What qualifies a return?

  • Any product with quality issues and wrong sized products can be returned. Visit the Contact Us page for further information and to start the process for a return.

When will you recieve your refund after returning a product?

  • After we have received the product, we will confirm via email with you notifying you of the refund and return.

How long are the average shipping time?

  • The average shipping time for our products are 12-20 days. This is due in part because our company storage facility is located in China. In addition, shipping times may vary during the holiday seasons.

What if I don’t receive my product?

  • If you do not receive your product within the 12-20 day shipping time, you may ask for a full refund after 30 days of your purchase. This 30 days allows us to resolve the issues with you not receiving your product. Furthermore, Hue Forever Special Addition cases have a shipping a time of 2-6 Days. Do I have to pay for shipping?

  • No, all products shipped come free of charge.
